Geocache Description:

This is a mystery cache is not located at these coordinates. You will need to solve the mystery of the “tube” to find this cache.  Hidden some where in Phipps Park.  Be aware of park hours.

The cache is located not far off of a trail. This is about a 1 mile hike, one way. The cache may be difficult to find in the winter with snow coverage. Warning: Be watchful for rattle snakes & ticks in the summer.

This cache is cylindrical in shape, thus, as the name implies it is tubular in shape. The dimension of inside diameter of the cylinder is 2.652 inches or (67.36 mm). The dimension of the outside diameter is 2.740 inches (69.50 mm). The dimension of the length of the tube is 15 and 5/16th inches ( 388.92 mm).

To determine circumference, we all know the old formula we learned in high school or perhaps you did not learn this formula at all. In any event, this is a mystery of very unusual numeric values.

There is a FTF prize for the lucky hunter who get there first. Included in the cache is a bison capsule,, a rubber ducky, some Apache "tears" good luck stones, 2 carabineers, a Canadian coin and a key chain. CONGRATS TO LEW AND SANDI FOR THE FTF!!
