The cache is located at Tobu-Yunomaru Serivce Area of Joshin’etsu Expressway bound for Tokyo. You can go there by foot, as there is a bus stop for highway buss. There is another cache at the opposite SA. Please bring your pen. This cache is for Hide Boxes Event of Geocaching Japan (Facebook group) !! (January 26, 2013)
