This cache was placed just because......there are a few in our area and we thought there should be more. This might make it more tempting for people to drive up to our neck of the woods and explore. There is a small pull off on the opposite side of the road but in the winter it is not plowed....but the shoulder is ample enough even in the winter. We placed this cache in January so we know it is snow friendly.
