Lurking in the Woods Traditional Geocache
NCreviewer: As there's been no cache to find for a long time, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

You are looking for a small container in camo, log is clearly labeled. Please replace as found.
Freedom Park is my favorite park in Charlotte for almost every activity, with the one major exception of geocaching. I am hoping to change that, by creating some interesting caches in the area, this is the first of hopefully several more to come.
Freedom Park has an abundance of wildlife, especially along Little Sugar Creek Greenway, which runs alongside a nice sized stream. There always seems to be some kind of animal within a few paces that has it's eye on you, and you can find them if just stop and take a moment to look around.
Freedom Park is also home to the Charlotte Nature Museum, which is a great place to bring your children to enjoy.
This cache is just a bit off into the woods from the Greenway, there are holly bushes and briars in the area, but that are fairly easy to navigate around. The hint is a bit of a giveaway, use if necessary.
Please replace cache as found, and be on the lookout for any critters lurking in the woods!
