This cache is located along the Menomonee River and is near a nice walking trail in Frontier Park. You're looking for a small size cache container.
As is often the case with our hides, this cache was placed with taking a nice walk in mind. We encourage you stay on the trails whenever possible, to enjoy the walk through the park, and to appreciate the views of the river.
Frontier Park is a gem of a park in the village of Butler. It features picnic shelters, walking trails through the woods, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, an athletic field, horseshoe pits, basketball courts, a children's playground, sand volleyball courts, and impressive views of the Menomonee River. Non-spoiler pictures of the park, the trails, and the river are certainly welcome!
Enter at the north parking lot (coordinates shown below) for an easier walk on the paved path around the baseball fields. Enter at the south parking lot right next to the playground for a slightly longer walk if you'd like to see all that this park has to offer (tennis courts, picnic shelters, a footbridge over the river, etc.).
