Geocache Description:

Osceola National Forest is in need of CITO!

Come on out and help make the forest beautiful again!

Osceola Natioal Forest has hosted caches since the early days of the sport. Its miles and miles of trails have provided cachers with opportunities for fun, entertainment, frustration, memories, and smilies (of course.) While still a great place to cache, it needs our help now. Trash is prevalent along many of these trails, but we can make a difference.

Come out Sunday, March 31st, to help us tackle the litter problem! We'll meet at 11:00 AM near the posted coordinates to discuss plans, distribute materials, and get everyone started.

We will supply garbage bags, so bring gloves and pickers if you have them. We'll meet back at the gathering spot to compile our efforts, take some photos, and get all trash in a spot for pickup.

This event is one of four events being held from Friday night to Sunday Noon. For more information on the other events click the links below. Events will be added as they are approved.
