Geocache Description:

This a large cache inspired by three things...

1) The "Build Your Own Cache Series" GC24NP9 that I saw when I was just starting out caching and I so enjoyed.

2) The "what's in your wallet" comercials on TV.

3) There are never enough Large container caches!

This cache is intended for beginner cachers, but of course anyone can play! It is very near the Gurney Lane area, which was my very first day of caching. It is intended to be an easy find for the young, or beginning cacher.

Maybe its just my personality that makes me operate this way, but even since my first geocaching days I have had a bag of supplies that I bring with me whenever I go out Geocaching. It's my version of the Bat-Utility-Belt I suppose.  It stays permanently in my truck so I am ready at a moment's notice.  The contents have changed a bit and evolved, but there are certain tools that everyone should have with them.  From some spare cache containers, replacement logs, zipties to attach or repair caches, a mirror to search some of those difficult places, a flashlight for deep dark holes or night caching, spare pen for signing logs... I have put a few things in here that I think every Geocacher should have in their bag... sorry I did not include a free GPSr for you!

The cache was started with the following contents:2 smalls w/ log & pencil, 9 micros w/ log, 1 fanny-pack to start your own geo-bag, 3 logbooks, 3 bundles of zip-ties, 3 spare pens, 2 mirrors.

The tradition is to trade contents within the cache, ie take something - leave something... and generally try to trade up.  However, since I had the beginner cacher in mind when I made this, if you see something you think you need for your geo-bag, just take it and don't worry about trading.  If the contents of this cache get low or empty please say so in your log so I can fill it back up.

This cache is listed as "Available in the Winter"... It is placed on the ground, but since it is a large container, 16" tall, it should still be visible and findable with a reasonable amount of snow.

CHEERS! There is no hint, as this a large container... there aren't a lot of places here to hide a large!
