This Golden Ammo Can is placed in honor of our good friends Sought and Found’s 1000 cache find milestone.
Sought and Found learned about geocaching when we coordinated with them for approval of our Wonders of the Universe cache. Since then, they have become great practitioners and ambassadors for the sport of caching. They have found a geocache on every day of the year – including February 29. They have found caches in 21 states in the United States, and in 10 countries around the world. They have placed outstanding caches in our local area – and even have an EarthCache on the island of Tahiti! Many of the friends and family they have introduced to caching have gotten their own accounts and are seeking, finding, and hiding caches of their own.
It’s a great pleasure to honor the caching team of Sought and Found with an ammo can in the woods. But we couldn’t make it too easy!
