This is a 4 stage multi-cache (counting the final), in which you will be doing just as the title indicates..... climbing Squirrel Hill. It is located in State Game Land # 42. You will need to enter the Game Land from 15th Street in New Florence, PA.
This 4 stage multi-cache will have you climbing one of the steeper parts of Squirrel Hill in New Florence, PA. A walking stick will be most helpful. You will need to enter Game Land # 42 via the end of 15th Street. Please be aware that you are in fact allowed to drive back this road, however, if you do not have a 4 wheel drive vehivle and it has recenlty snowed or rained heavily, you should probably avoid doing so. Barring bad weather, even a lower riding 2 wheel drive can typically make it back to the parking coordinates of N40 22.7097 W079 05.1492 without any problem.
While a walking stick will be of great assistance in reaching ground zero, I have made it up and down this path several times without one (falling several times lol). If you are looking for an extra challenge, leave the walking stick at home. Make no mistake about it though, this is a steep climb. Please remember to trade even or up, and please rehide the final as well as, or bertter than, you found it.
