BSA Troop 194 is a memorial Troop in honor of fallen officer Conrad Gernale who was killed in the line of duty in September of 2003. This cache is located near our Hut where we have meetings and do scouting activities.
Our charter organization, St. Jude Catholic Church has given us permission to place this cache in the small wooded area in front of the church. There is a short trail through the middle from the parking lot to the sign out front. The cache is located off of the trail, but please be repectful of the church property.
The cache is a quart size camo container filled with SWAG. We are starting two Boy Scout themed travel bugs. One is a scout key chain and the other a scout geocoin. Please do not keep them, but send them on their way.
This cache placement fulfills the last requirement to receive their Geocaching Merit Badge.
