Pugsley the Pelican decided to go for a romp in the park. Once you find Pugsley have a seat and he will point you in the direction to the cache coordinates.
The first coordinates will NOT take you to the cache. It takes you to the entrance of Bates Scout Park. Once you get there you'll need to find Pugsley the Pelican who is playing in the park ( Pugsley is a playground toy that you ride on). While Pugsley is giving you a lift he may be pointing you in the direction to the final stage. Good luck!
First to find prize is a clay bowl I made as a child.
