Holy cow! These coords are a mile off!
Yep, it's true. The cache cannot be found at the posted coords, but it is exactly one mile away from them. In order to find out in which direction you have to travel, you must visit the posted coords and locate the street post that has two signs on it. This can be done from your vehicle, is more easily done while traveling east. One sign is white, and the other is blue.
Take the number that is on the white sign and multiply it by the number of sides on both signs combined, then add 3. Make a projection and then make the find.
