Geocache Description:

These cement ovals used to be fountains, but were shut down a long time ago. Now this area of the park is rather run-down, and much more sparsely populated than elsewhere in the park. It's an area that not many people have visited, even if they've lived in this neighborhood for years.

The cache contains a logbook and a pencil. It has extra room for small trinkets.
The cache is located north of the large cement oval.
Look around the rusty handcuffs.
