Crizzler: I am admitting defeat and shutting it down. I couldn't come up with a suitable location, so I'll start this one up as a new cache. A big thanks to geocrater for working with me to try and get this going again.
Note: As for the bugs that are still listed as being in this cache, I am afraid they are not. They were removed before I got the cache back from security. They are not missing, just unrecorded. My apologies to those bug owners.
