Ferncliffe forest is a patch of indigenous mixed mistbelt. There are a variety of trails in the reserve. Common to these are waterfalls, dams, rock formations and beautiful viewpoints under a forest canopy. This is good area for birdwatching.
The reserve is open at all times and there is no entrance fee.
A spectacular view point high above Boulder Dam.
It is a relatively short hike from Bolder Dam, but steep, slippery and overgrown in parts. Please be careful.
* Please note the trail between Bat Cave and Breakfast Rock is blocked so access between them is not possible!!! Please approach from Boulder Dam!
