Guitar Solo hosted a wonderful event called Cache-Luck 2012, where attendees take a cache after leaving a cache. This awesome cache is what we took. Made by Quilting Is Fun Too!, so you know it is a bit tricky. We thought it needed an extra special placement, and have been waiting for the perfect moment (absence of all creepy crawlies) to hide it. Happily, that meant a trip to Uncle Jerry's cabin. Aunty Ann and Uncle Jerry trekked with us to the hidey spot, and along the way we checked out a beaver house and lots of muskrat dens. We think this spot is worthy of QIFT's cool cache. Please be sure to visit in the summer or winter, but not when the ice is forming nor when the ice is going out - it is just not safe. Be sure to wave to our aunt and uncle - they'll be watching the cachers attempt the find.
