Geocache Description:

`Blue Ball, Pink Bucket......& The Mutt`

So, one of The Mutt's and my favorite things to do during the winter months, is go for a walk on Lake Scumbog. You just never know what you are going to see and find. This time out, we found a blue ball and a pink bucket, hence the name of the cache.

This cache is located along the west shore of Lake Scumbog. It is accessable all year round. During the soft water months, you should be able to find it without getting out of your floating conveyance vehicle. During the winter, this cache is more like a 1/1, accessible on foot, vehicle(depending on ice thickness and I thoroughly don't recommend this way of getting to the cache) or snowmobile. The cache is also accessible by bushwacking through the swampy shoreline from the end of Harper Rd. The cache is located very close to an established snowmobile trailhead and thus, would be a great way to find it. The cache is a small lock-n-lock, camo'd and reflective taped, so you should have no problems finding it at night.
