This cache is located on Parr Road on the way to a green recycling dropoff. Composting is green way to deal with the organic portion of your garbage. It turns waste into a nutrient rich fertilizer and soil enhancer. The organic matter in compost holds onto moisture so watering your garden can be done less often. You can make your own compost just in a pile or use a compost bin. All you do is toss in your kitchen vegetable peelings(no meat or fats) grass clippings and leaves. Keep it moist and turn it over once a month or so and in a few months you have a great additive to put on your flower beds and vegetable garden. Come Post It!
