Geocache Description:

This is a small cache along the Montour Trail along route 980. A good parking area is near the Quicksilver Golf Club. There is other parking available but don't block gates.

Champion know as a populated area but not an official town or borough located in both Allegheny County and Washington County. A look at one map of the area showed this to be an area of many strip mines at one time. CONGRATULATIONS BILLTHEGOAT FTF
