Geocache Description:

This is the first of nine caches I hope to place in the southern Oklahoma City area based on the Star Wars Saga.

Permission for the hide has been granted and can be searched for 24/7.

Cache is big enough for small trade items/travel bugs but bring your own scribble stick!

There is was a VERY cool prize for the FTF!

UPDATE! The series was originally 6 planets, now there are 9!


Tatooine is a fictional planet and setting for many key scenes in the Star Wars saga, appearing in every Star Wars film except The Empire Strikes Back, although it is mentioned at the end of the movie. Since it is the home planet of Anakin Skywalker and Luke Skywalker, it is one of the most iconic planets in the Star Wars universe.

This is a tribute to
Owen and Beru Lars


They were Luke Skywalker's (and, by extension Leia's) Uncle and Aunt (step-relatives actually as Anakin is related only by his mother's marriage to Owens' father, Cleig Lars).

 Older Lars and Owen 

Later, when Luke was grown, they were brutally cut down by the Empire who tracked R2-D2 and C-3PO to thier home.
