Mrs Superhooper makes a great Tator Tot Casserole that is a family favorite, so we decided to add to the Food Series road while we were here! So here is the recipe: 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey,1 can cream of mushroom soup (can use cream of chicken or celery) 1 pkg. frozen tator tots, 2 Tbl. chopped onions, ¼ tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, ¼ tsp. dry mustard, ¼ tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Mix ground meat with 1/3 can of soup and all the seasonings. Spread meat mixture into casserole dish. Spread remaining soup on top of meat. Arrange tator tots on top. Pack them in because everyone knows the tator tots are the best part! Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until the middle is slightly bubbling. Hope your family enjoys it as much as ours does!
