Why is it called Groundhog? It was hidden on February 2!
With Nat Sherman leaving the area, somebody needs to step in and hide some evil caches. This cache was inspired by another cache in Pensacola, FL called Ding Dong! The Wicked Well is Dead! (GC2GC69).
