I have been informed by Justin Buchman form San parks (Cape Point Manager) that they are not allowing Geocaches in the park.

Nate found the container for this one while out caching. (My 6 year old) As soon as it was found he asked if we could make it in to a cache. So as soon as we got home the work started and soon Nate's brain was done.
This is a easy park and grab placed at Platboom Beach.

Platboom Beach is a magical place. It’s easy to spend the entire day picnicking, walking and exploring the coastline.
Dunes separate the parking area from the long sandy beach. Birdlife is prolific and terns, gulls, kiewiete and sandpipers are often seen. Chacma Baboons are commonly sighted at this beach . Swimming here is at your own risk – it's not dangerous but there are no lifeguards.
This Cache is placed at Cape Point NP. Please note there is an entry fee.
Please take your own pen/pencil. Please place the cache back where you find it.
