ANOTHER WATER TANK IN THE PARK?

I recently visited the infamous cache, "Water Tank View" (GCX1XP). Whilst circling around trying to find the cache, I had occasion to notice the impressive construction of the water tank. Little did I know that some of the construction materials would soon find their way up the slope, into the heart of the San Antonio Preserve.

After clandestine investiation, I confirmed that the San Antonio Utility district is secretly installing a second water tank. They have attempted to keep this secret from the geocaching community, as they wish to get "FTF" credit for all geocaches placed there.

Although the construction is happening at night (and mostly underground), they have inadvertently left evidence of their nefarious plot. If you look closely, you will find evidence of this construction.
