Zebra Girl: Well, there goes a perfectly nice cache due to the new "POSTED" signs. The area is no longer open to public access. Goodbye for now.

Geocache Description:

Off the path and into the woods.

Not in the rocks.
Yes, it's a box.
Yes, bring a goat.
Not in a boat.

A short trek (less than 200 ft) off the paved path.

The challenge of this cache is finding a place to park. I had been seeing this bikepath from the Interstate for a long time but couldn't seem to figure out how to access it. I still don't have great parking coords to give you, but I do have suggestions.

I parked on the edge of the Lone Pine Campsite driveway. This won't be an option when the campsite is open for season. Or, you can park at the electric substation on Lakeshore road. I am not giving any parking coords , I am afraid you are on your own.I placed 4 caches along this path, all can be accessed from one parking place.
