Geocache Description:

If you're reading this, you probably know something about geocaching, the worldwide scavenger hunt. And you also know that all you need is access to a computer, a dash of computer skills, and a handheld GPS (or a free geocaching smartphone application).

But to really enhance your geocaching experience, join us for an informal, three hour, geocaching event -- and hear from some local geocaching experts.

We'll have experts sharing their geocaching skills in interactive, small groups. Topics include creating your own geocache hides, developing a geo-sense, understanding software tools, such as GSAK and Google Earth, learning to use pocket queries, and tons more.

Cachers of all ages and skill levels are invited.

While you're here, you can practice your geocaching skills by finding the Altoidena Smalls Bookworm cache on the library grounds.
