Geocache Description:

The coordinates given get you near the cache, but you need to solve the below puzzles to locate the container. Please replace cache as you found it. Watch for muggles near GZ and do not disturb anyone at GZ. No one there can help solve the puzzle.

There are two pieces of the puzzle you need to locate the cache. First stand at the location listed and look at the small sign at your feet. Use the 3rd word on the 3rd line as the first word. For the rest use the letters on a curve above your head. Use the following letters (do not count spaces)--14, 11, 8, 15, 1, 16 23, 12, 12, 1. (There are two words). This answer will lead you in the right direction, but you need the additional puzzle solution below. To locate the cache you need to answer these questions and use the letters that make up the answers to point the way to the container.
