Illinois Avenue is the last of the red properties and is the most frequently landed on property in the game. As with other groups, its values are slightly higher than those of Kentucky Avenue and Indiana Avenue.
Like the Orange properties, this is a good deal. Though it is more expensive, a $1100 rent can be hard to pay. Buy and build wisely. Statistically speaking, players will land on Illinois Avenue more than any other property on the board.
