Knagur Green: Due to no response from the CO after the request to maintain or replace the cache, I am archiving it to, stop it showing on the listings and/or to create place for the geocaching community.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported.

Geocache Description:

A classic lock'n'lock container at a location with a beautiful view of The Palm Jebel Ali

The Palm Jebel Ali is an artificial archipelago which began construction in October 2002, was originally planned to be completed by mid 2008 and has been on hold since. The project, which is 50 percent larger than the Palm Jumeirah, is proposed to include six marinas, a water theme park, 'Sea Village', homes built on stilts above the water, and boardwalks that circle the "fronds" of the "palm" and spell out an Arabic poem by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum:
Take wisdom from the wise

From GZ you will have a very nice view of the Palm's construction sites, but as well of the Hotel resorts nearby and of course of the sea.
Spend some quality time on the beach! Cache is hidden in a way, UAE geocachers are familiar with. Although this spot isn't crowded with muggles, please be careful while retrieving the box and put it back the way you found it.
At time of placing the cache contained a logbook, pencil and a finger puppet.
