Geocache Description:

Another reason to hit this trail.

This is a Mighty Mega container. There is room for the log and tiny swag or signature items. The trail is handicap accessible, but the cache is a little off the trail and a little higher up than someone in a wheelchair could reach. This trail is often used by Park Rangers for a guided nature hike. The back end of the trail loop is accessible from the Equestrian camping area. This is one of my favorite State Parks and I like to camp here quite often.

This cache is in Lake Somerville State Park (Birch Creek Unit) and you will need to observe Park hours and pay the entrance fee or use your Texas State Parks Pass. Placed with the permission of Park staff. Permit on file.
