Ever since doing bretina's series in Grand Rapids, MI a little over a year ago, I've been meaning to place a similar series around Chicagoland. Well, here ya go! Enjoy!
The State Seeker Challenge is meant to encourage geocachers to get out and explore this great country of ours. In order to log a find on this challenge, you need to have found at least one cache in 40 States. Any cache type is fine, and any find date will be accepted. For the purposes of this challenge, Washington D.C. can be considered a State.
To demonstrate this challenge is completed, post a screenshot of your United States map from the Statistics tab (on your profile page). An example of a similar map is attached to this cache page (listed as "geckl69's State Seeker map") Logs without a map will be removed. If you have trouble getting a screenshot, the cache owner will be happy to help you get this, just drop him an email.
The cache IS at the posted coordinates. Coordinates for the final are also listed as an alternate waypoint.
