This cache was placed with the permission of the Tulsa Parks Department. Park curfew is 11pm - 5am and dogs are required to be on a leash. *Congrats to Robpillageburn on FTF*
You are looking for a hide a key holder with only a log so bring a pen. You shouldn't have to get wet to get the cache. The cache is a micro but you might be able to fit very small swag or geocoins inside.
Depending on when you look there could be wasps so be aware of them.
