Micro Cache hidden with a log only (Bring a Pen)
The "Welcome to Newport!" caches are placed to give cachers an opportunity to see various parts of the city of Newport. Most of the cache locations are a bit off the beaten path. Some of the locations are historic, but most were just considered "intersting" by the hider.
This cache is located at the corner of Front and Main. As in many older towns, this corner was once the hub of all business (hence it's "front and center" name). However, as a town grows and expands, it seems inevitable that a town's business' expand towards the suburbs.
Here one can watch the trains come and go from the train station.
