Geocache Description:

An additional cache in the DIP/Jebel Ali area.
Good shoes required. Challenging your fitness. Needs climbing, but no climbing gear.

The Obstacle Run is one of the 5 challenges of the military pentathlon. Here in the middle of the desert there has been a training camp run by the army which included this abandoned obstacle course. 20 standardized obstacles are lined-up on the 500 metres track. Oxygen treatment is very common for the athlets crossing the finishing line! Most of the obstacles at that course are in very poor condition, so watch out - especially if kids are with you.

Additional to the running track you'll find several small buildings for different training purposes like shooting and throwing (consists of precision and distance throwing).

The cache is not placed directly on the track.
