Geocache Description:

The next stop on the third leg of the trail around Manningham. This section is GeoCaching themed: A-Z

I hope none of you leave logs so brief, I do love the stories that go with your finds. Please feel free to be verbose!
Abbreviations are a shorthand that are more and more frowned upon by cachers who enjoy the process and the hunt, and COs who usualy put some effort into placement.
They seem to be favoured by those chasing numbers and just in it for the 'find'
"What, no foreplay?"
Here are some excerpt from the grounspeak Forums, and a list of some very common ones from Kochibu: 13 March 2012

Totem Clan Posted 14 March 2012 "TFTC TNLNSL = I'm too busy to really care about the cache or where it took me so just give me my %$#@ find and lets get on to more numbers to help pad my stats."

The effort put into a log can also reflect the finders percieved effort that has gone into the placement. Clan Rifster posted 14 March 2012: "The acronym "TFTC" translate literally to "Thanx For The Cache". If used as spice to a well written log, the translation is accurate. But if that acronym is the entire log, the translation changes to "Your Cache Really Sucks".

In Germany they often use DFDC (Danke für den Cache) instead of TFTC. In France it's MPLC (Merci pour la cache), etc.

If there's any other you'd like to add, drop me a line
