Cache number 2 in the Manotick Millions series. This series celebrates the upcoming milestone of two million active geocaches world-wide.
This series is meant to reflect back on the past 13 years of geocaching as we approach the milestone of the 2 millionth active geocache hide. Lots of things have changed in that time. The hikes have gotten shorter, the caches have gotten smaller, and the hides have gotten trickier.
When I started hiding caches, my goal was to find a park that didn't have a geocache in it yet. Now you're lucky if you can find an area that isn't already saturated with caches. I lucked out in Manotick and found 3 parks with no caches in them.
This cache is dedicated to our favourite container - the ammo can!
