These coordinates will lead you to a historical marker containing a birth year and year of death of a previous homeowner.
To find the final coordinates, use the following substitutions;
the third number of the birth year = B
the fourth number of the birth year = A
the third number of the year of death = C

Some Tips:
W96 is the same as -096.
To Enter these coordinates using the official Geocaching app (IOS):
- while navigating to the first coordiates in the map mode, press the 3 dots on the top right of the screen
- select Add Waypoint
- change name, latitude, and longitude, and press done
- you will be returned to the map with a flag showing the above newly added waypoint
- Click on the flag, and select set as target
- continue to navigate (using map or compass) to the newly added waypoint
