Geocache Description:

Take a nice hike in this new and quiet forest park on your way to finding this cache.

Once you're are near the GPS location, the hiding spot should be fairly obvious, almost screaming at your face!

Direction: You can drive and park next to the entrance or take public buses. Hike to the cache is about 2.5km from entrance, with gradual elevation gain/loss of around 240m. Entrance fee, ¥10.

Cache: Container big enough for several TB

After claiming the cache, continue on the paved path, or if you're like me, take the dirt path to the summit of Bai'ta'shan(白塔山)and enjoy the view from the top.

Beijing Xi'shan National Forest Park(北京西山国家森林公园)

This park is located just outside the west 5th ring of Beijing, neighboring the famous Fragrant Hills. If you enjoy the great outdoor but are discouraged by the traffic jam and over crowded park next door, come visit, I guarantee you'll have a much more relaxing experience here.

During the blooming months, you can also enjoy the seasonal flowers display throughout the park.

Note: I've used a ziplog bag over the cache container, but the one I had with me was just about big enough, if you're there next, please replace it with a bigger one.
