Geocache Description:

This cache series is placed for Joe and his duck hunting buddies, to show everyone the 35 different species of ducks.

The Lesser Scaup is one of the most abundant and widespread diving ducks of North America. It is a medium sized diving duck with a slight bump or peak on the back of its head. The male has a black head, chest and rear end and grey sides. The female's head and neck are dark brown with some light mottling. You can look over this bridge and most likely see a couple of ducks in the water.
