Seaton Carew is a small seaside holiday resort near Hartlepool, and is very popular in the summer with tourists visiting the beach and amusement arcades. All the year round there are many dog walkers and joggers along the green areas. There are parking areas near this cache, I would recommend parking in these areas and walking to the CZ, as the roads can be busy.
This unusual cache has a log book and pen, make sure the log is carefully placed back where it was to keep it dry. The cache is ideal for children but bear in mind there is a lot of traffic on the nearby busy road.
