Cache is not at the listed coordinates. This is where you should park. From here, the cache is a very short walk.
From the parking coordinates, salute the flag. You can see a two digit number on a sign. Take that number and subtract it from the north parking decimal.
There is another sign near the flag that is easily readable from here. Convert that sign to a number. Subtract 18 from that number and replace the west minutes decimal from the parking coordinates.
Update 7/12/13 - Dropping difficulty rating based on number of finds and DNFs and log entries.
Update 12/16/13 == The two signs are easily readable using Google Earth as well as from the parking location. Just drop the little orange guy onto the map and look around for the flag there. That should get you going in the right direction.
