Won at the Tri State Meet, Greet, and Eat in February by IronBrick.
This cache was originally received as an award by my friend IronBrick at a contest held at the Tri State Meet, Greet and Eat a few weeks ago. Although he won this ready made cache, he knew he would be unable to hide it because of other commitments. Knowing this, he gave it to me to hide for him. At first I was at a loss of where to hide it, with my thought process being that all of the good places to hide caches were already taken, but boy was I wrong. Using the advice given to me by mmacgown at the Geo Tech U-3 conference in January of "when hiding a geocache, give people a reason to bring a person to the spot it's hidden". With this in mind, I thought of the perfect place to hide the cache. This location is very near and dear to me, as I have often visited it since I was a toddler and pass it everyday to and from school. Although the area surrounding it has transformed from essentially wilderness to a development, the cache location itself has kept its initial beauty.
