Eastern Shore farms have been providing chickens to feed the world for years. Chincoteague Island once had chicken farms too, thus the name for this area of the island - and the road.
Just for fun, upload a photograph of the nearby blue Chicken City neighborhood sign, the green road sign, a rubber chicken or a live one. The chicken picture can be from anywhere. Be creative! Including yourself, your GPS or your child in the picture is optional. C'mon, don't be a chicken! Have some fun!
