This cache is not at the listed coordinates. It is on public property and is accessible from the sidewalk or street. No bushwhacking required. 
This cache is located near the beautiful Pacific Lutheran University campus. A beautiful oasis in the Parkland area. While you're in the neighborhood, enjoy the campus. Not it, but you're getting closer
To find the coordinates of this cache, you will have to utilize a completely different puzzle solving technique than any of my other caches in the PLU area. Most of the caches are field puzzles. This one is not, I repeat, not a field puzzle. It could potentially be solved in the field, but the listed coordinates are of no help and there is nothing at, on, above, under, over, next to, abutting, near, or around the listed coordinates that would be of any help whatsoever.
