Geocache Description:

A traditional cache in a camo bag located just off a public footpath.

This is a great and popular little dog walk from Westborough Lane in the village of Long Bennington to the river bridge in Doddington Lane - a distance of about a mile and a quarter each way. The walk follows the west bank of the Upper Witham River and can be started at either end (although parking is probably easiest at the Doddington Lane end) and because it is along the top of a dyke for most of the way it is good underfoot even in wet weather. The cache itself is a few yards away from the dyke.

Congratulations to Stevrac on being FTF.
