Geocache Description:

Welcome To Needles!

A great view of the Welcome to Needles & Route 66 sign near I-40. This is a pretty easy cache with a few items of swag included. FTF take your pick! This area is part of the flood control system for Needles and is used daily by locals for recreation from hiking, walking dogs and off road vehicle use. It should not however be entered during rainy weather. San Bernardino County states that individuals entering this area do so at their own risk. It is a typical desert wash that is sandy and dry most of the time. Any spoilers included in logs or photos will be deleted. Please log DNFs & pertinent notes. These are very important to me in tracking the condition of the cache & maintaining it in a good condition for searchers.
