While out on a quick dash for an FTF on a recently placed cache by a local geocacher, passed by this spot and liked the name of the area. Figured it needed a cache hide of its own.
Nothing fancy here, should be a quick p-&-g - maybe, IF you survive the journey through all that tall grass, sumac trees, and that ditch!!!
Cache placed within 1.5 meter radious of GZ. Check the arbor items. Beware the barb wire. New container you will be searching for is a PILL BOTTLE with a secondary container inside to help better protect the log from the elements.
October 06, 2103: UPDATE: Replaced container that seemed to be giving visitors problems for whatever reason - I had no problems with it when doing a maintenance check today. Anyway, replaced container with a more "geocacher-friendly" kind. Same spot; same coordinates. Transferred original log to new container, as well.
UPDATE: April 06, 2015 - After being notified that a controlled fire destroyed container, made a visit to replace. Container totally destroyed. Replaced container and log. UPDATE: October 24, 2016 - Replaced missing container/log.
UPDATE: September 05, 2019 - Put out a PILL BOTTLE and placed so should -maybe - be easier to spot.
