Geocache Description:

A.      General Information:

The City of Albuquerque has a series of urban Multiple Use trials for bicycle and pedestrian traffic.  These can be used to safely commute to local activities or across the city.  I’ll place caches as I can towards Mariposa Basin Park to fill in this part of the grid.  Please be aware of passing muggles and rehide the caches carefully.

B.      Safety:

This may appear to be a calm area in the suburbs.  However, any local will tell you that auto accidents occur daily.  Therefore, never park on I-40 or Unser.  (Refer to section C for nearby parking suggestions.)  And, be aware of our dessert habitat, i.e.: plants and animals that poke, stab, sting, bite, or cause really bad smells.

C.      Nearby Parking Suggestions:

Street side parking is just north of the cache.

D.      Cache Specific Information:

If you park next to the cache, please be aware of the muggles in the nearby residences.  Otherwise, check out Iron Wolf GC440DX (near the former Mr. Rusty cache), Scorcus Atriscus GC1P5PC, Potatoes GC1V6RC, and Engine No. 9 GC16C0H as you continue down the trail.  These caches may have easier parking access from the park containing Engine No. 9.  I’ll continue placing caches after these.

Congratulations to fgfsumh for FTF!
