Geocache Description:

The cache container is a specimin tube

This is  another one in a series of caches that we  have placed around rural Herefordshire to introduce you to some of the delightful village churches. If you already live in the area you will no doubt know of some, if not all of these locations. The churches are either in a lovely location or have an unusual or interesting fact to warrant a cache. The actual caches are not  in the church grounds but placed a short distance away.

The Church of St Michael is in an attractive setting not too far  from the river Wye and Breinton Spring.

The church itself dates back to the 12 century but was completely rebuilt in the 18 century it is now a listed building

This  is also  another cache that has been placed along the circular walk around the quiet lanes in Breinton. These can also all be done as cache and dashes.  There is plenty of parking at the church or at the Breinton Springs car park a little further along the road
