Finding the cache is easy...you will find it at the
posted coords inside a water-proof container.
But, You must also solve the puzzle! For Locked within the puzzle is the log book,
and to declare a find for this cache you MUST sign the log book.

Once you find this container you will see that it is locked shut.
Your Challange is to get it open and sign the Log Book.
ATTENTION: Do not try to pry open the container,
it will open easly if done right. No special tools are needed or allowed,
all you need is a sharp mind (and maybe a little luck of the Irish).
No need the be stelthy but watch out for store employees or maybe a homeless person watching You.
This Puzzle might take you while, Please feel free to take it back to your car or sit away
from Ground Zero while you work on it. Inside the Cache you will find room for small trade items.
When you are resealing, Please make sure you keep the locking mechanism
free from interference and that it is locked tight for the next cacher.
